- The product delivered does not match the design, size, or specifications of your original order.

  1. Contact Us: Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by sending an email to contact@iriebluesboutique.com or using the contact form on our website. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product that clearly show the problem.
  2. Approval: Once we review your request, we will confirm whether your item qualifies for an exchange. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Replacement Item: We will create and ship your replacement item as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.

Conditions  
- All requests for exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition (except for damages or defects upon arrival).
- Exchanges are limited to correcting errors or defects. We cannot accommodate exchanges for size or style changes due to the custom nature of our apparel.

Cancellations and Order Modifications
To avoid sizing or design errors, please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. If necessary, cancellations or modifications can be made within 1 day (24 Hours) of placing your order.
