At Irie Blues Boutique, all of our apparel is custom-printed and made just for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products and the absence of a physical storefront, we do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the case of damaged or destroyed items. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and offer store credit for eligible exchanges.
Eligibility for Exchanges
We accept exchanges for store credit only in the following cases:
- You received an item that is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item (incorrect size, design, or product from what was ordered).
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if:

Your item is significantly damaged or destroyed during shipping.

The issue is documented and verified by our team within the specified time frame. Please note we do a quality check of every item before distributing.Â
Note: Refunds are processed to the original payment method only in these rare, approved cases. All other approved issues will be resolved with store credit.
Exchange Process
If your item meets the eligibility criteria for an exchange, please follow these steps:

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos that clearly show the problem.

Approval: Our team will review your request and determine eligibility. If approved, we’ll send you further instructions.

Replacement or Store Credit:

For eligible issues, we’ll offer either a replacement item at no cost or store credit to use toward a future purchase.

All exchange or refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your items.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (except in cases of damage upon delivery).

We do not accept exchanges for size or style changes due to the custom nature of our products. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order.
Cancellations & Order Modifications

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, all sales are considered final, and production will begin.
