Delivered Package Policy
Once tracking shows an order has been delivered, Irie Blues is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly and check with household members, neighbors, front desk staff, or local mail services. We are happy to assist with tracking details, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for packages marked delivered.
Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order ships to the address provided, Irie Blues cannot guarantee a refund or replacement. Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected before shipment.
Made-to-Order Policy
Many Irie Blues items are made to order. Please review processing times before purchasing. Once production begins, cancellations may not be available.

Irie Blues considers collaborations that align with Caribbean culture, travel, lifestyle, fashion, and community. All collaborations must include clear deliverables, posting dates, usage rights, and audience alignment before products are sent.
