Delivered Package Policy
Once tracking shows an order has been delivered, Irie Blues is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly and check with household members, neighbors, front desk staff, or local mail services. We are happy to assist with tracking details, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for packages marked delivered.
Refused Packages Policy
If a package is refused at delivery or returned to Irie Blues due to non‑acceptance, incomplete address, or unclaimed pickup, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees and reshipment costs. Refused packages are not automatically eligible for refunds. Once the item is returned to our facility, we will review the condition and contact the customer with next steps. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for refused or unclaimed packages.
Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order ships to the address provided, Irie Blues cannot guarantee a refund or replacement. Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected before shipment.
Made-to-Order Policy
Many Irie Blues items are made to order. Please review processing times before purchasing. Once production begins, cancellations may not be available.
Refund Timelines Policy
Refunds are processed once an item is returned, inspected, and approved by Irie Blues. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are issued only for eligible items according to our return and order policies.
Replacement Request Policy
Replacement requests are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis. To request a replacement, customers must contact Irie Blues within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue (defect, misprint, or incorrect item). Approved replacements are produced and shipped at no additional cost. Replacements are not guaranteed for issues outside of our control, including incorrect addresses, delivered‑but‑missing packages, or normal wear and tear.
Collab Policy
Irie Blues considers collaborations that align with Caribbean culture, travel, lifestyle, fashion, and community. All collaborations must include clear deliverables, posting dates, usage rights, and audience alignment before products are sent.
