Do you accept returns or refunds?

We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless an item is damaged or destroyed. Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final.


What if I received the wrong or a damaged item?

We’re so sorry! If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email contact@iriebluesboutique.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

If approved, we’ll send you a replacement item or offer store credit.


Can I exchange my item for a different size or style?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges for size or style changes. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering to ensure the best fit.


Do you offer store credit?

Yes! If your exchange is approved, we’ll issue store credit for use on a future purchase.


When will I receive my replacement or store credit?

Once your issue is approved, your replacement will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. If you’re issued store credit, you’ll receive a digital gift card code via email within 5–7 business days.


Can I cancel or change my order?

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order is final and goes into production.
